Cosmo’s Clam Chowder
New England is famous for its clam chowder, but Cosmo has got his own version to liven things up a bit. Cosmo’s Clam Chowder is here to offer a refreshing, yet hearty take on a seaside favorite.
DIRECTIONS
In a pan, melt some butter and add some thyme and a bay leaf. Don’t bother with measuring and add as much or as little as you’d like. Same goes with a handful or so of diced celery and onion. Sauté everything until the onions are translucent.
When things are looking good, add 1 cup of chopped potato and 2 cups of Cosmo Celebration Sauce Classic Marinara. Stir everything together with 1 bottle of clam juice and 1 cup of water. For a real treat, add crumbled bacon to fit your flavor, but save a bit for a garnish.
Simmer the whole pan for 15 minutes and dish out. Just before serving, sprinkle the last bit of crumbled bacon on the top for a finished look.
